Hiring: Analyst – Payroll & Benefits Administration
Doha, QatarWe are looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join our team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a quantitative discipline.
3+ years’ experience in Compensation & Rewards or a similar role.
Strong skills in data analysis, compensation & benefits modelling, and reporting.
Experience handling large volumes of sensitive/confidential data.
Knowledge of job evaluation and grading frameworks.
Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
