We are looking for an experienced Senior Communications Coordinator / Digital Communications Manager to lead digital customer communications, content governance, platform enhancements, and customer engagement initiatives within a dynamic banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage digital communications across Mobile Apps, Web, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.
Oversee CMS platforms, content publishing, governance, and release management.
Lead UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and customer journey validation.
Administer and optimize Chatbots, Conversational AI, and Knowledge Management platforms.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, CRM, UX, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
Drive digital automation, platform optimization, and customer experience improvements.
Requirements:10+ years of experience in Digital Communications, Digital Banking, CRM, or Customer Engagement.
Strong expertise in Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Drupal, or similar CMS platforms.
Proven experience in UAT, Release Management, and Digital Customer Journeys.
Hands-on exposure to Conversational AI, Chatbots, and Knowledge Bases.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech preferred.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and stakeholder management.
