HIRING: IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)Experience: 3–6 Years
Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and user accounts.
Diagnose and resolve IT helpdesk tickets and technical issues.
Maintain IT systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
3–6 years of relevant IT Support experience.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must be available to work on-site in Jeddah, KSA.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
