Job Opportunity | IT Support | Jeddah A company is seeking a qualified Saudi IT Support professional to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Position: IT Support
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Experience: Fresh Graduate or 6–12 Months Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or registration – mandatory. Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant IT support experience. Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity. Knowledge of email configuration, user accounts, and access management. Ability to maintain IT equipment and asset records. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
