We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Facilities ManagementWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Facilities Management to join our team.
Location: Abha, KSA
Package: SAR 13,000 + Family StatusRequirements:
bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Strong experience in Facilities Management / FM projects.
Experience managing large-scale FM projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong technical background in HVAC and mechanical systems.
Good knowledge of Electrical and other MEP activities.Strong experience in operations, maintenance, contractor management, and client coordination.
Ability to manage project performance, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and resources.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good command of English, written and spoken.
