* 4–6 years of experience in IT application support within healthcare.
* Strong knowledge of hospital systems (EMR, HIS, ERP, LIS, RIS, PACS).
* Experience in troubleshooting, system integration, and technical support.
* Familiarity with MOH, CBAHI, and JCI requirements.
* Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar IT service management tools.
* Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
