Key Requirements
-2 to 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
-Proven background recruiting for Industrial, Manufacturing, EPC, Construction, or Recruitment/Manpower Outsourcing environments.
-Track record of recruiting both engineering/technical roles and corporate/senior management roles.
-Strong closing, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in recruitment metrics, ATS software, and reporting tools
